  Pub convenient location next to Harvard MBTA train station. They no longer brew their own beer. Depending when you patron pub will have slow service and not allowed to have individual bills for medium size group. Visit at lunch or dinner but not between the two.

  I like this place a lot because they brew their own beer, the food is affordable and good-tasting, and when I come here I never have to wait for a table. It is a great place to come for lunch or dinner if you are visiting Harvard square.
  
  There is a dining area where a host/hostess will seat you, but if that is full you can just seat yourself at the bar area and a server will come to you. If you have a large group definitely sit in the dining area. The bar area is generally more busy and a little bit louder, and it sometimes takes a little bit longer for a server to attend to you, but it is worth it if you have a small group and don't want to wait to be seated in the dining area.
